Following Jen’s recent post regarding wedding trends I thought i would add my thoughts on what is hot in invitations this season!
Its all about pattern this year.  Brides love the look of soft lacy patterns with strong color schemes to boot!  I have seen a lot of interest in light colored patterns against bright backgrounds.
 

When you get engaged, suddenly everyone around you, even perfect strangers, are compelled to offer advice, insights, and TONS of “you shoulds” with regard to planning your wedding. (I heard this happens when you are having a baby as well…)
